The incumbent will coordinate and lead all aspects of the John H. Prescott Marine Mammal Rescue Assistance Grant Program in the Marine Mammal Health and Stranding Response Program. The incumbent will be responsible for drafting notices of availability of funding opportunities, managing the technical and merit reviews overseeing approval of the grants, and monitoring activities of grantees. The incumbent will be the Lead NOAA Official for Managing the Prescott Program.
