[MARMAM] Cetacean Euthanasia paper

For those interested in the problems of Cetacean euthanasia, the following paper describes a recent review of the subject. The emphasis is on techniques which are likely to be successful and to some extent might have to be performed by nonexperts (i.e. those more likely to attend strandings in remote locations).
