[MARMAM] Requests for proposals to conduct a dolphin cow-calf separation study in the eastern tropical Pacific

The Inter-Amercian Tropical Tuna Commission is requesting research proposals to study whether dolphin cows and calves become separated during tuna purse-seine fishing operations in the eastern tropical Pacific. The study will address long-standing unanswered questions about whether cow-calf separation occurs, and, if it does, is potential calf mortality at levels high enough to hinder population growth.
