We are seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate for an exciting collaboration between the University of Exeter (Dr Adam Monier and Dr Kirsten Thompson) and Greenpeace Research Laboratories (Exeter; Dr Kirsten Thompson and others). Join a dynamic group of bioscientists, geneticists and cetacean biologists at Exeter Streatham Campus in the southwest of the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be based at the Living Systems Institute, Exeter, and will have access to existing data from temperate and tropical oceans and the potential opportunity to work in the field. We would encourage those with an aptitude and interest in bioinformatics, phylogenetics, oceanography and marine conservation to apply. Experience in molecular laboratory and field work are desirable but not essential.
