Dear Marmammers: I am currently compiling information on small/medium (<50 people) sized independent research centers and institutes and would appreciate folks bringing any they know of to my attention. I am particularly interested in those in the Alaska and Pacific NW area whose primary focus is marine; information on any, however, would be good. URLs, if existent, would also be helpful.
