From: ScarGeo@aol.com On a pelagic birding trip offshore from South Padre Island Texas in the Gulf of Mexico Sept. 17th, a bottlenose dolphin was seen with a black tag on its dorsal and blue tattooing on its side. The tattooing was not legible under the water. It was feeding with Spotted and other Bottlenose around a shrimp boat. Does anyone have any information on this dolphin?
