What: Workshop: Putting it all Together: Understanding and Managing the Impacts of Vessel Traffic on Marine Mammals

Where: the University of Victoria

This workshop is organised by the project: Noise Exposure to the Marine Environment from Ships (NEMES) and moderated by Prof. Mike Elliott (University of Hull, UK).

This workshop aims to bring together all interested parties to consider the risks and opportunities in tackling the interactions between marine mammals and vessels in Canadian waters.

The interactive workshop will be addressing management concerns and looking for sustainable solutions suitable to all stakeholders.
