This posting is made as a courtesy to the International Whaling Commission (IWC )and the journal editor Dr. Greg Donovan. The IWC publishes this journal thrice yearly (Spring, Autumn, and Winter), with at least one supplement that will contain the full report of the IWC Scientific Committee.
