I'd like to point you in the direction of a new publication entitled 'A Synopsis of the Literature on the Turtle Barnacles (Cirripedia: Balanomorpha: Coronuloidea), 1758-2007' by the Epibiont Research Cooperative. While the monograph deals particularly with barnacles from sea turtles, there is also a review and taxonomic descriptions of the species collected from cetaceans and pinnipeds as well.
