The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) invites
applications for a Visiting Research Assistant Professor in the Department of
Biology and Marine Biology. The primary responsibility of this position is to
conduct research in collaboration with UNCW faculty and students. Research
must be complementary to on-going work (http://www.uncw.edu/bio/areas.html)
and priority will be given to those applicants working in the field of Marine
Biology. This position is a
one-year appointment and is available starting September 1, 2009. The position
may be renewed for a second year. Candidates are expected to have completed
