The Nature Conservancy in Alaska is seeking a highly qualified, motivated individual to join the staff as Marine Conservation Planner / GIS Analyst.  The successful candidate will work with the Bering Sea and Arctic programs to develop and update science-based conservation plans for the coastal, estuarine, and continental shelf habitats of the Bering, Chukchi, and Beaufort seas.  S/He will work with the Bering Sea and Arctic programs to develop multi-facetted regional and community-based collaborative initiatives with partners.  S/He will serve as a primary point of contact for marine planning and will be expected to enhance strategic partnerships within and outside the Conservancy.  Please see the attached job description for more information, and information about how to submit your resume and cover letter.
