Release notes for January 2021


New features for all Wildbooks

- Optional collaborations with public data allow for better sharing and management of publicly contributed data and cit. sci. catalogs.

- User profile deduplication allows users to reconcile divergent accounts and data.

- Admins can now review for duplicate annotations across Encounters and for security mapping of URLs.


Flukebook-specific updates

- Add false killer whale (Pseudorca crassidens) matching support in Flukebook with finFindR and CurvRank.

- Add Pacific white-sided dolphin photo ID support.
