The journal Marine Mammal Science is currently running a special issue on “Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in Marine Mammal Research”.

Call for Manuscripts:

The manuscript submission deadline has been extended to 1 December 2025.

The journal’s typical publication fees will apply; see author guidelines (USD 15 per page for regular access; USD 3400 per article for open access).

We still have some funds to support publication fees for the first few articles that need it.
