As part of a Scottish government project, we are looking to build a whistle classifier to discriminate between bottlenose dolphins and other delphinids in eastern Scottish waters.

We are asking whether there is anyone who might be willing to share exemplar delphinid sounds (whistles) with us to train the classifier. Specifically, we are looking for examples of  white-sided dolphins, white-beaked dolphins, Risso's dolphins and common dolphins.

Therefore, if anybody has any examples of the aforementioned species, we would be eager to chat with you.  Ideally, we would like recordings from the northeast Atlantic. At this point, the classifier will be for internal use only. However, we would be keen to discuss potential collaborations depending on the ultimate performance of the classifier. Thank you for your time.
