Dear colleagues,
The IFAW Marine Mammal Rescue and Research team is hiring a Cetacean Rehabilitation Manager to head up an innovative new pilot project aimed at increasing the post-release survivorship of stranded cetaceans. The position will be based on
Cape Cod in Massachusetts, a global live cetacean stranding hotspot. This pilot project will establish a Cetacean Intensive Care Unit to provide short-term care (24 to 96 hours) to cetaceans experiencing stranding-related trauma.
This pilot project is planned for three years with the potential to continue if warranted by project impact. For more information on this opportunity and to apply visit the
IFAW website.
