We are finishing work on the first full chromosome-level reference genome of M. novaeangliae. The raw data for the genome as well as the mitochondrial assembly are available on Dryad and/or NCBI.

The method's paper is in press.
We are moving onto sequencing 2-4 individuals from each of 14 identified herds, short reads, >30x. In that vein, I am reaching out to folks for two possible resources:
1) Do you have sequence-quality samples or do you know of particular repositories?
2) Do you have particular sequencing labs you like to work with? I have relationships with three but pricing is still quite high.
