The Geospatial Ecology of Marine Megafauna Laboratory in the Oregon State University Marine Mammal Institute is seeking applicants for a postdoctoral research position focused on whale spatial ecology and conservation. The successful applicant will play a key role in research projects investigating large whale distribution and interactions with fishing gear off the coast of Oregon, USA to help inform conservation management efforts.

The full-time postdoctoral scholar position is fully funded for 18 months, providing a competitive stipend and health insurance. Start date is 1 March 2024.
