I am excited to announce a fully funded 3-year PhD position as part of the Blowomics Project, an innovative research initiative focused on the molecular study of marine mammal health. Specifically, this PhD project, based in Norway, will investigate the role of microRNA (miRNA) biomarkers in cetacean blow to better understand health in marine mammals.
The position is based in Steinkjer, Norway, at Nord University, and includes exciting opportunities for fieldwork in Skjervøy, Norway, and potential international collaboration, including fieldwork in Australia.
