New book on conservation and management of manatees in México

This book in spanish includes stories told by the authors on their experiences and dedication about research, conservation and management of the species in Mexico. Using an accessible language, four biologists who have devoted their lives to the study of this emblematic species of Mexican fauna write about their experiences, challenges, and achievements. Through their research in coastal habitats of the southeast of the country, the authors share essential findings about the manatee, highlighting its ecological value and the urgency of protecting it as an endangered species. This book also aims to inspire new generations of researchers to continue this important work.
