Dear MARMAM community,

On behalf of the SCANS-IV scientific project partners and the steering committee, I am pleased to announce the publication of the second major report on the results of the SCANS-IV survey. The report describes the development and results of predictive habitat-based models of cetacean density for seven species and two species groups, based on survey effort and sighting data from the SCANS-IV survey conducted in European Atlantic waters in summer 2022.

Please check out our project website for deliverables.
