I am pleased to circulate our latest publication titled ‘Surface circulation and upwelling patterns around Sri Lanka’ which is relevant to the work conducted by The Sri Lankan Blue Whale Project over the past many years on understanding how environmental factors influence aggregations of blue whales around the Island.
