Dear MARMAM community,

 

I am delighted to share our latest publication ‘Marine Mammals in the Anthropocene: Developing a Systematic Evidence Base of Threats to Nineteen Species’ published in Mammal Review. We mapped the literature focusing on anthropogenic threats to 19 marine mammal species, to summarise volume of research completed for each threat, highlight knowledge gaps (e.g. for species, locations, threats) and inform future studies. We hope this will serve as a useful guide to direct future research/funding, whilst also showcasing the present state of the science for these species/threats.
