Smultea Sciences is looking to fill a position for a mid-level PAM (passive acoustic monitoring) operator during a vessel-based survey to document the occurrence and distribution of marine mammals in the Gulf of Mexico for about 1 month in August. 

Requirements:

--Experience with deploying/monitoring towed arrays for dolphins and whales, PAMGuard, preferably in the Gulf of Mexico. Experience with Mysticetus software a plus.

--Must be available August, possibly into early to mid-September.

--Must provide proof of up-to-date: (1) offshore marine safety training (e.g., BOSIET), (2) physical fitness, (3) drug-free drug test, (4) U.S. Passport.
