The NOAA/NMFS DEIS on acoustic guidelines is still out for public comment until March 13. (http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/pr/acoustics/guidelines.htm)

These guidelines are for regulatory thresholds for marine mammal “Level A Takes” and would benefit from the input of the interested professionals on this list-serve.
