We are pleased to announce the publication of the revised Scottish Marine Wildlife Watching Code.

This Code gives practical advice and guidance on the best ways to watch marine wildlife (cetaceans, seals, basking sharks, birds and otters) in the seas and coasts around Scotland. The aim is to help people to enjoy unforgettable wildlife experiences in a responsible and sustainable way. The Code has been updated to incorporate changes in legislation since its first publication in 2006.
