The Ocean Museum Stralsund is currently looking for a project coordinator for the PAL-CE project. The research project PAL-CE is funded by the “Bundesamt für Naturschutz“ with the main task to test acoustic porpoise alert systems (PAL) for long-term use to prevent bycatch of harbour porpoises in gillnets. The position will be based in Stralsund, Germany from mid April to December 31^st. The ideal candidate combines a good knowledge about Harbor porpoises with bio-acoustics.
