ECS is seeking a National Environmental Compliance Coordinator to work remotely to support NOAA Fisheries aquaculture and fishery environmental compliance related projects. The Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating compliance with regulatory statutes including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act), Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), National Marine Sanctuaries Act (NMSA), the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), Coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA), and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and other applicable laws, agreements, and executive orders.
