This is to remind you the deadlines for the 23rd Annual Conference of European Cetacean Society to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, 2-4 March 2009.

• The deadline for early registration is 7 January 2009.  Don’t forget to update your membership as well. Please visit ECS website for online registration and membership update: www.europeancetaceansociety.eu.
• The deadline for hotel reservation is extended until 5 January 2009. Istanbul is getting very popular as a venue for conferences and meetings, so it will ve very difficult to find your accommodation at the reasonable rate even in February and March. We strongly recommend you to make bookings as soon as possible!
