The NMFS Southeast Fisheries Science Center's Marine Mammal and Turtle Division is looking for interested and highly qualified candidates (US Citizens Only) to serve as a Program Lead for coordinating North Atlantic Right Whale projects in the Southeast region.
Diverse candidates with extensive marine mammal research experience, including advanced analytical skills, project management, and leadership skills are highly desired. Candidates with advanced degrees (MS/M.Sc, Ph.D.) are encouraged to apply.
This is a permanent federal position. The selected individual will oversee the SEFSC right whale research operations, including budget management, project tracking, and research plan development and execution.
